Grind edges of all your pieces
After copper foils is applied to all
edges, flux edges and begin soldering
Using your pattern pieces, score
and cut out all your pieces
Copper wire is used through the body
center and also at two points on each
wing for extra reinforcement
The outer edges are tinned. The piece then
get assembled with wire of specific lengths
and a dowel in preparation for flight.
